AIPAPI ("we," "us," "our") is a digital products brand operated from Abuja, Nigeria, selling AI prompt packs, automation workflow guides, and AI tool education content through aipapi.store.

We collect information in a few ways:

• Checkout information: when you buy a product, our payment partners (Selar/Paystack for Nigerian customers, Gumroad for international customers) collect your email and payment details directly. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Contact form / email: if you reach out for support, we keep your email and message to respond to you.
• Approximate location: when you visit the site, we use your IP address to detect your country, so we can route you to the correct checkout (Nigeria vs. international). We do not store this beyond your session.
• Newsletter (if you opt in): if we offer an email list for AI of the Week updates or free resources, we collect the email you provide for that purpose only.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the digital product you purchased
• To respond to support or refund requests
• To send you updates you've opted into (e.g. new AI of the Week picks)
• To route you to the correct regional checkout

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Processors

Purchases are processed by Selar (which uses Paystack for Nigerian bank transfers and cards) or Gumroad for international customers. Each of these has its own privacy policy governing the payment information you give them directly.

5. Cookies

We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If this changes (for example, if we add analytics), this policy will be updated to reflect that.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep support and order-related correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request or comply with tax/accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing us.

7. Children's Privacy

AIPAPI's products are intended for adults running businesses, freelancing, or creating content. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. International Users

If you're located outside Nigeria, your information may be processed by our payment partners in their respective jurisdictions. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
