Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy. If you're not satisfied with a product, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@aipapi.store with your order confirmation (from Selar or Gumroad) and the reason for your request.
• We'll respond within 2 business days.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued back through the original payment platform:

• Nigerian customers (Selar/Paystack): refunded to your original bank account or card, typically within 5–10 business days.
• International customers (Gumroad): refunded to your original payment method per Gumroad's standard refund timelines.

4. Full Vault Bundle

The Full Vault Bundle is covered by the same 7-day policy as individual products.

5. Fair Use

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we find a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund on the same account, or clear misuse of the policy.
